I am a senior undergraduate student at Appalachian State University, currently pursuing a BS in Geography with a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Certificate and a Minor in History. While at Appalachian State, I have discovered my passion for geospatial research, conservation, and climate science. Some of my research interests include the analysis of precipitation patterns in the tropical Andes, human vulnerability to glacial lake outburst floods, social and environmental determinants of health, and environmental geopolitics.
